Your tool was built once and it's yours. No monthly fee. No subscription that bills you forever for software you'll never own.

But owned software still breaks. A button stops working. A field won't save. When that happens, you have two options. Find a developer cold who's never seen your code, or pick up the phone and call the person who wrote it.

This plan keeps the builder on call.

Fifteen hours of fix work on the tool as it was built, worth $1,500 at our regular hourly rate. If it's not doing what it was made to do, it's a bug and it's covered.

Every issue gets a response and a plan of action inside a set window, sorted by how badly it's hurting you.

Need it now? Bump any issue to a 24-hour response. Urgency is priced separately so the base plan stays lean.

We reach out every four months to confirm the tool's running clean and catch small problems before they grow.

At our regular $100 hourly rate, 15 hours of bug-fix work runs $1,500. That's the plan's regular price, covered dollar for dollar by the hours inside it. As an existing client, your price is $1,000 for 30 days.

Response times

The window is time to first response and a plan of action, not time to a finished fix. Most fixes land well inside it.

The tool is down or a core function is broken. Can't log in, can't create estimates, data isn't saving.

Plan members come first

The windows above are the outer limit, not the goal. A plan member's issue sits ahead of any work that isn't another plan member's. When there's no active build in progress, fixes land faster than the times listed. You're always at the front of the line.

Want to change the tool, not just fix it? Edits and new work bill at $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Bug fixes stay covered. The line is simple: broken is covered, different is billed.
